THE BRONX - Thousands of Bronx residents remained without power and heat for weeks after Superstorm Sandy, but one resident tells News 12 The Bronx that his apartment is still without heat two months later and that his landlord will not do anything about it.

Ruben Baez says that every time he tells his building's management that his heat is out, they send a worker to test the temperature, but they never follow up. Baez also claims that he has called the city's Department of Buildings, but hasn't received an answer.

Baez says that his electric bill has doubled since Sandy because he has been forced to use space heaters to keep warm.
