THE BRONX - Some Bronx residents are being offered a financial incentive to eat healthier. Bronx City Councilman Fernando Cabrera (D-14th District) is launching an initiative that will give "health bucks" to residents in his district that can only be used at local farmer's markets. People who would like to sign up for the program can contact Cabrera's office.
