THE BRONX - Some Bronx restauranteurs are gearing up for a class action lawsuit against the city's Department of Health.

Eatery owners in Morris Park, Pelham Bay and Throgs Neck met Monday night to discuss the restaurant letter grading system, which they say is unfair and inconsistent, and is making it difficult for mom-and-pop shops to stay afloat.

Inspectors have been making unannounced visits, and issuing letter grades and fines since 2010.
