THE BRONX - The Bronx teen charged with the murder of a 4-year-old was indicted on murder charges today.

Rondell Pinkerton pleaded not guilty to shooting and killing Lloyd Morgan at a charity basketball tournament last week.

The 17-year-old's lawyer said there is a lot of media attention surrounding his case and warned the public not to judge before all of the facts are released.

Pinkerton is expected back in court on September 10. Two others have also been charged in the case. Ronald Jeffery, 19, is facing charges of second-degree murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Courtney Kelly, 26, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
