THE BRONX - Bronx residents are heading to the polls Tuesday for primary elections.Those voting can expect to see new voting machines. The machines were designed to help voters who have disabilities and have trouble using the old-fashioned lever machines. The Board of Elections advises anyone with questions about voting locations, getting an interpreter or any other concerns to call 1-212-VOTE-NYC. Joseph Dorinson, a political science professor, says the primaries are more important in the Bronx than the general election due to the area being overwhelmingly Democratic.Polls will be open in the Bronx until 9 p.m. Interviews from 33rd Senate seat race candidates? headquarters
