THE BRONX - Police say a Bronx woman is dead after being struck by a car on the Hutchinson River Parkway.Cops say 50-year-old Marcia Clark-Hinton was hit by a 2008 Nissan Altima as she was checking damage from an accident. According to police, Clark-Hinton lost control of her vehicle while she was passing through a toll plaza near exit 19.She was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, where she died from her injuries.No charges have been filed against the driver of the Altima.
