THE BRONX - He's known as the "Cannoli King" in The Bronx, but Jerome Raguso is also making a name for himself by helping his local community.

Raguso, who owns Gino's Pastry Shop on Arthur Avenue, is being honored by Community Board 6 with a special reward for his humanitarian work as part of their Italian Heritage Celebration.

On top of whipping up his famous cannolis and wedding cakes, Raguso finds the time to help area seniors, fight budget cuts to the Bronx Zoo and help organize the Italian festival Ferragosto.
