THE BRONX - The case against the father of a slain Truman High School football star has been postponed.

Andre Muller was in court Thursday, waiting to find out if he'll go to trial after police say he started a fight that led to the fatal stabbing of his son, Isayah, last June.

Sources say the judge was going to make a motion to dismiss assault charges against Muller, but decided to collect additional files from both sides before reconvening April 27.
