CASTLE HILL - Business owners in Castle Hill are unhappy with the MTA's most recent project.

As workers improve five stations along the Pelham 6 line, parking on both sides of the street in some areas will be blocked off for seven months.

Most business owners on Westchester Avenue between Glebe and Castle Hill say they've already felt the effects of the MTA starting construction.

Manualo Alozo says even though MTA officials stopped by Tuesday to talk about alternatives for delivery truck parking, it's not enough.

"It changed my life in two hours," said shop owner Maria Besada. "It changed my life and everyone else over here."
