THE BRONX - A small leak turned into a big problem for one Bronx family, but they're finally seeing some big changes.

As News 12 reported last month, Ronette Andrews was dealing with a collapsed ceiling due to a water leak at her East 137th Street home.

Andrews had complained that repeated attempts to contact NYCHA about repairs went unanswered, until now.

She says the housing authority finally sent crews in and began fixing the problem.
