THE BRONX - Mr. Softee has some new competition, and it's putting a healthy twist on the traditional ice cream truck.

The "Change One Thing" food truck offers snack options that encourage better food choices, including sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries and raisins. It even hands out recipes to young people.

The truck operates under the idea that a small change in diet here and there, rather than overhauling all eating habits, is easier and can make a big difference.

"Change One Thing" is in its second year driving around city streets, and is sponsored by the Food Bank of New York City. It will be out all summer through Sept. 2.
