THE BRONX - News 12's Jessica Formoso teamed up with chefs to give residents some tasty ideas for dealing with Thanksgiving leftovers.

Chefs Tania Lopez and Paul Gilces say the best thing to do with leftover turkey is slice it and make a cranberry, avocado and turkey sandwich.

For those who celebrate the holiday with a traditional Hispanic twist, pernil, or pork shoulder, can be shredded and made into carnitas in a tortilla or flatbread.
