THE BRONX - Lehman College is trying to make it easier for parents to get their degrees by opening a new child care center right on campus.

Construction is already under way on the two-story building, which will include six classrooms, a multipurpose room and an all-natural playground.

The center will be located between Shuster and Davis halls, right along College Walk. It will be available exclusively to students and is set to open by next spring.
