THE BRONX - The city's Parks Department is expanding its Shape Up NYC program to get residents into shape.

The city's first lady, Chirlane McCray, was on hand to participate in a class at Saint Mary's Recreation Center in Mott Haven on Tuesday.

The program offers classes throughout all five boroughs, and ranges from yoga to self-defense.

With the expansion, there's now more than 370 classes offered across the city -- and they are all free.
