THE BRONX - The city's Department of Transportation has fanned out across the Bronx to fix potholes caused by the winter's severe weather.

Crews have filled hundreds of potholes in recent days, and were seen working on Bartow Avenue Tuesday. Despite the DOT working to address the pothole problem, some Bronx residents say their appeals to the city's 311 hotline have not helped.

One Bronx resident says the problem is so vast, the city seems to be having a hard time keeping up.
