CITY ISLAND - As Tropical Storm Hermine moves into the area, some local businesses on City Island are not worried about it.

Reina Mia Brill, owner of a local antique store, says business has been fine since they opened in May and says she's not worried about the storm. In fact, Brill says her store is the perfect getaway from the stormy weather.

Other owners even say if they do get hit hard by the storm, they still have next week which will be busy because of the number of festivals set to take place.

"I don't think it'll be a big impact at all. Business has been very good since last year," said Brill.

The small business owners plan to start an organization to help promote the mom-and-pop shops in the area in hopes of boosting business year-round.
