City Island continues cleanup after Hurricane Irene

CITY ISLAND - Days after Hurricane Irene?s high winds and storm surge damaged City Island, residents are still cleaning up.

Jane Muller, who had a boat come ashore in her backyard, finally had it removed.

At the City Island Yacht Club, officials estimate that it will take at least $100,000 to clean up all of the damage there.

Angelo Bellocchio, a City Island resident, says what the storm did in an hour will take residents days, if not weeks, to clean up.
