CITY ISLAND - City Island fishermen say this summer's warm weather and minimal rain has led to an upturn in business.

Chris Cullen, the captain of the Daybreak III, says he added an additional boat to his fleet because of brisk business.

Cullen says last year's rainy summer made for a slow fishing season.
