THE BRONX - City officials will hold a public hearing tonight to discuss food stamps and their role in building thriving communities. The event will feature a panel with representatives from local agencies, as well as a question and answer session with audience members. The meeting will take at the Latino Pastoral Action Center from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
