Clason Point residents call for action against flooding

CLASON POINT - Clason Point residents are calling for catch basins in their neighborhood to help deal with an ongoing flood problem.

According to neighbors, Pugsley Avenue fills up with inches of water every time it rains. They say without catch basins, the water sits in the street, collecting trash and sewage.

Officials at the Department of Environmental Protection say they are aware of the problem and are trying to figure out a solution.
