THE BRONX - Many residents in Clason Point say they've decided not to heed a mandatory evacuation order ahead of Hurricane Sandy.

The neighborhood is one of several flood-prone areas in Zone A that were ordered by Mayor Michael Bloomberg to pack up on Sunday.
