Cliff jumping tradition in Spuyten Duyvil scares residents

THE BRONX - Residents in Spuyten Duyvil have expressed concern over a neighborhood cliff jumping tradition among kids.

Neighbors say the kids are taking risk jumping and they are worried, especially following the deaths of two teens who drowned jumping into a no-swimming zone in the Bronx River this past weekend.

Another concern behind the risk jumping is that kids have to cross dangerous railroad tracks to reach the cliff.
