THE BRONX - Bronx residents came together in Co-op City today to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

More than 32 Latin countries were represented at the free event at the Co-op City Community Center.

The event provided plenty of food, entertainment, raffles and academic scholarships for local students.

This was the second year that Hispanic Heritage Day was celebrated.
