CO-OP CITY - Members of the United Methodist Church of Co-op City paid tribute to the 27 victims of the Newtown, Connecticut shooting by holding a prayer service for those lost.

One parishioner created 27 wooden angels beforehand, each bearing the name of one of the victims. The church's pastor, Rev. Milca Plaud, says the service was held so church members could show their support for Newtown.

Rev. Plaud says the angels will be on display for the next few weeks, then she hopes she can present them to the Methodist church in Newtown.
