RIVERDALE - The College of Mount Saint Vincent women's basketball team is headed to their first ever NCAA tournament.

The Dolphins earned its spot in the national tournament by defeating Farmingdale State on Saturday in the Skyline Conference Championship game.

"You can't really explain it, but it was a great feeling," says head coach Kevin Clifford.

While there is plenty of excitement about the news around campus, the Dolphins say they are trying to stay focused.

The team will be traveling to Maine for its first round game this Friday.
