THE BRONX - Romance could be taking a hit this Valentine’s Day as Bronx businesses struggle through the snowy weather.

Columbia Florist in Riverdale says that the holiday is normally its busiest of the whole year, but Thursday's snowstorm wiped out walk-in customers by at least 50 percent.

Owner Connie Dennis says that the shop is going to be open around the clock through Saturday to accommodate all orders.

It's also staffed with extra delivery workers to ensure everyone receives their flowers and gifts.
