THE BRONX - Community leaders are calling on the city to enforce rules on overnight commercial truck parking in The Bronx.

The city put tougher penalties in place two years ago, but residents say that the laws aren't being enforced.

Business owners say the truck parking is reducing parking for their customers.

The city says that every week, about 240 tickets are issued to trucks that park illegally.
