THE BRONX - Shuttle buses that replace closed subway stations in the Bronx are confusing and inconvenient, commuters say.

The Morrison-Soundview Avenue and Whitlock Avenue stations on the 6 train line are closed for major renovations. Although commuters can take the Bx4 bus to these stations during the renovations with a free transfer, riders say the change has created some headaches.

"It's been really tough," said Troy Allen. "I mean, you leave in the morning, you actually gotta walk to the next station because the bus takes long ... it's an inconvenience."
