Con Ed working to restore power to Riverdale residents in the dark

THE BRONX - Some Riverdale residents are dealing with another day in the dark after Saturday's nor'easter.

As of 10 p.m., hundreds of residents remain without power, more than 48 hours after the storm hit. Officials say they hope to have power restored by late this evening.

Residents say they are having a rough time dealing with the lack of power and heat.

Road crews have also been busy clearing the branches scattered across many roads throughout the borough.
