THE BRONX - Dozens of people packed into a Community Board 10 meeting over concerns about a new clinic proposal for Westchester Square.

A letter was sent to area leaders from Access Community Health Center about the possibility. It used the phrase "chemical dependency," which sparked an uproar from many who don’t want a rehab center in their neighborhood.

Company CEO Debra Sorkin says that the facility would be used only for medical and dental services, and that any mention of a rehabilitation was a miscommunication.
