THE BRONX - Former Bronx native Rep. Charles Rangel paid a visit today to BronxWorks, an organization that preps teens who have dropped out of school.

Rangel spoke about his past as a troubled teen, admitting that he even had a run-in with the law. Now, with a law degree under his belt and more than 50 years representing Harlem, he says his experience has given him a leg up on the issues we face today.

The congressman promised the kids at BronxWorks that they have not seen the last of him and he is ready to make positive changes in the borough.
