UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS - Construction is underway on the Morris Avenue apartment complex in University Heights.

The Morris Avenue apartments will feature 94 units, with more than half of them designated for low-income families. There will also be 14 units for moderate-income residents and the rest will be supportive units for people with mental illnesses. 

Daily life skills, training and employment services will be offered to building residents.

The apartments are set to be completed in December 2017. There will be a housing lottery for those looking to live in the complex.
