THE BRONX - Mother Nature has finally cooled off the Bronx after it broiled during a weeklong heat wave.

People on East Tremont Avenue say the 80-degree weather is a huge, welcomed relief compared to several days in the high 90s and even 100 degrees.

News 12 meteorologists say that this week will be up to 15 degrees colder than last week with much lower humidity.

There could be some showers in the next few days, but the weather is expected to stay comfortably warm and sunny.
