THE BRONX - A police officer who allegedly struck and killed a pedestrian while drunk behind the wheel is expected to be in court today.

Investigators say Luis Arnao hit 22-year-old Tyre Chisolm on 241st Street and White Plains Road last month.

Arnao works in the 47th Precinct and has been suspended. He has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and DWI.
