THE BRONX - An armed man has been arrested for allegedly climbing through his neighbor's window in an attempted burglary.

According to police, 50-year-old Marvin Hayes broke into a home on the 2800 block of Barker Avenue, but did not get away with anything.

Hayes is being charged with burglary and criminal possession of a weapon.
