Cops release photo of 2 suspects in murder of Bronx father

THE BRONX - Police have released a picture of two of the three suspects wanted for questioning in the murder of a father of 12 in Bedford Park yesterday morning.

Authorities say the men followed 51-year-old Anselmo Porras to his Marion Avenue home and pushed him into his apartment. They say Porras tried to hide in his bedroom, but one of the suspects shot a single bullet through the door, striking Porras in the torso.

The two men in the photo are described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds. One of them was carrying a black book bag with red stripes.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
