BRONX - New York City Councilman and chaplain Fernando Cabrera returned Monday from a three-day trip to Haiti.

Cabrera took approximately one ton of supplies to the victims of the earthquake. He was the first NYC councilman to visit the country and brought other chaplains from his church group with him, including his young daughter.
