Gov. Andrew Cuomo was in the Bronx Sunday to introduce a plan that he says will transform the South Bronx.

The governor says he has allotted $1.8 billion in his proposed budget to help improve the Bronx with a better traffic flow, family friendly streets and a healthier environment.

Cuomo says part of the money will be used to provide access to green space cut off by the Sheridan Expressway....
