THE BRONX - A man who served six years behind bars for a gruesome murder in the Bronx has now been acquitted in the case.

Jurors rejected what published reports called "low quality" DNA evidence found at the scene linking Dale Robertson to the killing of Stacey Inkman, a pregnant nursing student.

Inkman's body was found in a garbage near the Rosewood Playground in 2006.
