Mayor Bill de Blasio unveiled his plan Monday to increase the amount of affordable housing in New York City.

De Blasio spoke about his new plan from College Avenue in the Bronx. Addressing what he calls an "affordability crisis" in the city, de Blasio said his plan calls for 200,000 affordable homes within the next years.
