UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS - The Drug Enforcement Administration announced nine people are under arrest on drug charges after police discovered a heroin mill in University Heights.

Police seized 140 pounds of packaged heroin and $300,000 from the home on Harrison Avenue.

The DEA estimates the street value of the heroin to be worth up to $15 million.
