When agents entered the downstairs apartment, occupied by Gregorio Hanley and Johanna Vasquez, they found the drugs, as well as $20,000 in cash. They also found keys to an apartment across the street at 1502 Rosedale Ave.
When officers went into the apartment, they say they found $160,000 and a loaded 9 mm gun that was reported stolen in Pennsylvania.
Police first got a tip off when they saw Hanley leave the home and hand a plastic bag to someone in a car. Authorities followed the car and found 150 grams of cocaine in the vehicle.
The driver was arrested, along with Hanley and Vasquez.
The trio has been hit with multiple charges, including sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
