THE BRONX - Prosecutors say they have offered a deal to the Bronx teenager accused of shooting an 8-year-old boy.

Eduardo Rodriguez was given the option to spend 15 years in prison for wounding Armando Vigo during a bodega shooting back in February.

Rodriguez's attorney is arguing that the law calls for between three and 10 years in prison.
