Aron has pleaded not guilty in the death of Leiby Kletzy.

Attorney Howard Greenberg says they intend to prove their clientis not guilty by reason of insanity.

Leiby went missing July 11 while walking home from a religiousday camp in the borough. Police say the boy's severed feet were foundin the freezer at Aron's apartment.

Prosecutors say the boy got lost on his walk home and askedAron, whom he met on the street, for help.
