MORRIS PARK - The property of a Morris Park man is now clean following a sewage leak from a neighboring home. Dominic Sanginito says human waste was seeping into his backyard, and that both his and his neighbor's yards had been ravaged by mosquitoes, flies and a fetid stench all summer. Sanginito says he filed a complaint with the Department of Environmental Protection, which conducted tests and required the neighbor to hire a plumber. He says he has been leak-free for more than a week. Sewage creates stinky situation for Morris Park homeowner
