THE BRONX - A city safety program is teaching children how to use their feet wisely.

The Safety City program teaches kids how to safely cross the street and navigate the roads.

The Department of Transportation is promoting the program after three pedestrian crashes occurred on the same day two weeks ago. One of the crashes involved a 16-year-old girl, who was killed on the Grand Concourse.
