The Department of Transportation is making traffic improvements at two busy intersections that have long been a source of trouble for Bronx commuters. 

At Boston Road and Pelham Parkway, a new traffic enforcement agent is a welcomed sight for both drivers and pedestrians who complain that the crossroad is usually a nightmare, especially during rush hours.
