Dignity for Immigrants rally held in The Bronx

Community leaders, residents and religious organizations marched Sunday in support of the 12 million undocumented immigrants in the country in the first-ever Dignity for Immigrants

THE BRONX - Community leaders, residents and religious organizations marched Sunday in support of the 12 million undocumented immigrants in the country in the first-ever Dignity for Immigrants rally.

Protesters stood on the steps of the Bronx Supreme Court, with signs and flags, saying they want President Obama and Congress to pass immigration reform, in particular the DREAM Act. More than 300,000 people are facing the threat of deportation.
