THE BRONX - Starting next September, some Bronx parents will be able to choose where they send their children to school. 

 
Members of the District 7 Community Education Council approved a resolution that eliminates neighborhood zoning and gives parents the option to send their kids to any school they want to within the district. 
 
The school district is the first in The Bronx to make the change.
