THE BRONX - School is out, but the cafeteria is still open for Bronx students. Starting today through Aug. 31, the Department of Education is providing free nutritional breakfast and lunch to children 18 and under throughout the city.There are no applications and students don't need to be enrolled in summer school to participate.Check the Department of Education's website for more information.
